I changed the oil in the car and thought the old gasket would hold on the front drain plug, but it didn’t- the thing leaked worse than usual. I had to replace the old bolt on the rear drain because someone had stripped it before I got the car and it was leaking. So, I used the new one and just put the old good one back when I was done with the change. Long story short, I should of just bought the .49 cent replacement gasket for the bolt. I was also at an awkward angle because I didn’t want to block the camera so I kept on dropping the bolt into the bucket. 1991 Mercury Grand Marquis LS -Oil Pan Drain Gasket Replacement

Everything’s stock right now but I do want to put a nice exhaust system on it, I’m thinking Magnaflow- something subdued but with a good sound.
