in reality most shops dont check anything it turns out the previous owner to my car had a coathanger holding up my ballcrank (suspention component) it was very ovious when the car was in the air, and i had my car aligned at 2 shop before i noticed it the rattling could be the balljoints though if its bad at 25k i would sell that car one way to check this is find to without jacking up your car grab the grease fitting on the bottom of you balljoint if it wiggles your ball joint is bad if it stays in place it is fine. none of those coupons are going to do anything find a local shop (dealerships are not the greatest) and have them look at it then go get an alignment cause you should get one every year

The tire rotation is probably a good idea, to prevent the front tires from wearing out when money is still tight The overall tire wear is about the same but you can wear on the rear ones a while. Otherwise it is too early for the other services to be useful to you. The rattling is a warranty issue.

Be sure to check your owner's manual to see if there is a transmission fluid change coming up soon. Many cars now specify 30K mile intervals and in a few cars transmission failure can happen without the scheduled changes.
