Otherwise it is too early for the other services to be useful to you. The rattling is a warranty issue. Be sure to check your owner's manual to see if there is a transmission fluid change coming up soon. Many cars now specify 30K mile intervals and in a few cars transmission failure can happen without the scheduled changes.
